The Proposal
The two quotations provided include:
Podcast BTS Photos
Creative and engaging photos of the show featuring host and guests, capturing the all the excitement of behind the scenes to share with your audience.
New Headshots
A fresh range of headshots of the show host professionally lit on location working various expressions and positions to offer a range to select from.
License & Usage
License for production team to utilise the imagery for artwork to promote the podcast, as well as national press and online usage as outlined in a licensing agreement.
The Deliverables
An online gallery will be shared with you 5-7 working days after the session. Here you will be able to download all BTS photos and begin using them. You can also select your favourite 2 headshots to be professionally retouched and made available to download.

Includes 2 hours of photography, both BTS and headshots, equipment, travel expenses, post production, licensing and usage.

Includes coverage of the full session and all guest interviews (4 hours), equipment, travel expenses, post production, licensing and usage.
What happens next?

A session and licensing agreement will be shared for you to sign. This will outline the session fee, payment plan and the terms of usage of the photos produced.
