As discussed, on our full day shoot we will use the morning to capture:

Headshot Sessions
Using a studio lighting set up at your workplace, team members are invited for a headshot mini session. This involves capturing photos in a clean white background style, leading you at every point through the experience.
Each team member will receive 1 edited headshot of their choice. This process professionally removes any blemishes or redness, ensuring everyone is looking their very best.
Professional Retouch
Culture, Facilities, Professionalism, and Relationships.
In the afternoon we want to authentically capture the superb culture of your workplace with branding and meeting photos. We will set up team meetings, candid shots of team members at their desks or involved in daily tasks, as well as client interactions. We will also ensure we capture your environment with external and internal photos of the premises.

Option B - In addition
In addition to the white background headshots, why not showcase your leadership and management teams with in situ lifestyle portraits taken around the fantastic locations at Mosaic. These offer great content to accompany personal posts on LinkedIn, as well as providing an authentic introduction to senior team members, great for press releases, public speaking or conference engagement opportunities.

The Deliverables
An online gallery will be shared with you 5-7 working days after the session. Here you will be able to download all branding candid photos and begin using them. You will be able to review your headshot photos and select your favourite to be professionally retouched and made available to download.

Option B)
£1,750.00
No VAT Charged
Includes a full day photoshoot, 32 individual headshot sessions, 32 retouched headshots (1 per team member), a full gallery of branding candid team photos, editing time, travel expenses and equipment.
Option B includes the above, with additional photographing and editing time for inset lifestyle business portraits.
