Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and confirmation Your booking is confirmed when you receive the calendar invite and confirmation email. Please check that your contact details are correct so I can reach you easily. 2. Rescheduling and cancellations You can reschedule or cancel via the link in your confirmation email at any point. Life happens, so if something urgent comes up nearer the time just reply to the email and we can rearrange. 3. Scope of the call The call is a no-pressure discovery chat. We will explore your requirementens, timelines and budget, and I will suggest creative options to best achieve your goals. Where helpful, I will screen share recent work or examples. 4. Follow-up communication and proposals After the call you will receive a brief recap, any resources mentioned and, if requested, a proposal or price guide. If a proposal is sent, it will include a clear scope, timeline and usage licence. 5. Marketing communications consent By ticking to subscribe you consent to receiving occasional emails or messages from Headshot Toby about photography tips, case studies, The Business Companion Magazine updates, promotions and event invitations. Messages will be reasonable in frequency and relevant to headshots, branding and local business content. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing hello@headshottoby.co.uk. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect service emails about your bookings or projects. 6. Data and privacy We collect and store your name, email, phone number, company and notes related to your enquiry to deliver the call and follow up. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. For full details please see our Privacy Notice. 7. Conduct Mutual respect, punctuality and a friendly tone make for a great call. If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the call may be ended. 8. Changes to this policy We may update this policy to keep it clear and compliant. The latest version will always apply to new bookings. By booking a free introductory call you confirm that you have read and agree to this booking policy and you consent to the follow-up and marketing communications described above.
